J. Pablo Obregon: Becoming Minnesotan

Reverend J. Pablo Obregon was born in Lima, Peru. He attended Lutheran Bible Institute in southern California and later attended Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. He then accepted a pastor internship in Willmar, where he met his wife. Obregon later became the Pastor Chaplain for Bethesda Health and Housing in Willmar.
