Tashi Lhewa, c.2005.

Tashi Lhewa was born in Mussoorie, Uttaranchal, India around 1980. He moved with his family to Montana at the age of 17 and later moved to Minnesota. Lhewa obtained an undergraduate degree from the University of Minnesota and at the time of the interview was attending the University of Minnesota Law School.
