Red Cross payment calendar
During World War I, the American Red Cross grew from a small organization to a huge, well-organized organization responsible for great humanitarian work. When the United States entered the war in April 1917, the Red Cross was flooded with requests for help. Money also began to flow into the Red Cross. In 1918, the Red Cross received $400,000,000 in donated money and materials. This payment calendar made it easy for Americans to make monthly donations to the Red Cross.
