THE MINNESOTA WHITE RIBBON is published the first of each month. In order to insure publication of any article, please send not later than the 20th.

All articles or communications for the paper should be addressed to THE MINNESOTA WHITE RIBBON, 221 Fifth street, Red Wing, Minn.

Articles for publication must be written on one side of the paper, and accompanied by the name of the writer in full. The name will be withheld from publication if so requested.

All subscriptions of members of the W.C.T.U. should be sent with the dues to the State Treasurer, Mrs. Della R. Mandigo, 1784 Carroll St. St. Paul, Minn.

Subscriptions of friends who are not members of any union may be sent direct to Mrs. Julia B. Nelson, Editor and Business Manager, Red Wing, Minn.

Death notices of the members of the W.C.T.U. free. Obituaries and resolutions, 10 cents per line.

Extra copies, 5 cents each.
